The Black Jobs Illusions

The President of the United States is tricky. Donald Trump made a headline recently comenting on a fake plan to increase Black employment opportunities in America for African Americans.

Which one do you believe, the President who has fired more federal employees with African ancestry in history or the President who is boasting about Blacks getting low level jobs in coal mines and other hazardous job positions?

Raking leaves is honorable work but leaf raking is not the kind of job that Ray Ray is looking for.

Government statistics suggest that unemployment numbers for Black workers has declined recently.

But the figures on Black jobs are merely illusions. Unemployment numbers can be twisted and turned.

For instance, if Blacks decide to create businesses and become self employed, the numbers will reflect a decrease in employment. If some Blacks just get tired of being turned down when they apply for jobs, and just stop looking for work via traditional means.

It's no secret, to create more jobs for Black Americans, Black men and women must create more businesses so we can employ each other.

There is parctically a place in every Black community where your brothers and sisters an egg roll, some shrimp fried rice and a cup of hot and sour soup.

A Black may be hired at the Black community Chinese restaurant to cook the rice but seldom do you see Blacks in Chinese businesses operate the cash register.

When will business owners who get rich selling goods and services to Blacks be asked to hire more workers from the communities they operate in?

If the President believed that increasing the number of Black workers in America, why didn't he starthiring Blacks in his own businesses and companies?

Perhaps, Trump could hire qualified Black workers and professionals on the campaign staffs of the candidates he has endorsed?

Yes, Trump's Black jobs pitch is an illusion. Black employment numbers in America are the lowest and worse work numbers of any American ethnic group.

The job pitch is little more than political rhetoric to convince Blacks who don't read The Gantt Report that Trump's employment lies are truly an indication of how much he loves UncleBen and Aunt Jemima!

I would believe the President more if he met American billionaires and told them to hire more people with melinated skin tones.

We have to hire each other. We have to educated, train and encourage our people, both youthful and mature, to work for ourselves. Booker T. Washington told Black people years ago to do for themselves.

Every Black person in the United States knows someone, a friend, a family member, or a neighbor that needs a job, or a better job.

The Trump Black job plan cannot be depended on. Find your own job, or hustle!
