Debbie Does Districts

My "Black Phone" has been ringing off of the hook this week. Friends from South Florida are outraged because they feel a white candidate has announced intentions to run for a "Black" Congressional seat in Congress.

Well, apparently none of the candidates seeking to win a race for Florida's 20th Congressional District read The Gantt Report because if they did, they would know that Rep. Debbie Wasserman-Shultz is perhaps the most powerful campaigner in Democratic history!

If you don't know, Debbie was once a powerful voice in the Democratic National Campaign Committee.

Independent voters like me and every other Black person in the United States who donated to the Barack Obama campaign via social or digital media, probably has gotten a digital political email from the Debbie, the campaign guru.

Residents in Broward County better be careful when attacking Debbie's campaign efforts because Jewish voters and politicos run Broward County.

First of all, the contested Congressional seat is not a "Black seat" even though the position has been labeled assuch because the recent holders of the seat were of African American descent.

My company, All World Consultants, has provided numerous candidates with political services in South Florida who ran for local, state, and national offices.

Today, Republican gerrymandering has changed and impacted Congressional seats held by Blacks in Florida, Carolina, Louisiana, Georgia and other states.

Black voters were removed from Congressional Districts recently held by Blacks, and "liberal" white Democrats.

What the Blacks around the country don't understand is the power of Jewish politicians in South Florida.

Brothers and sisters are amazed to find out that the heads of Black community groups like SCLC, SCLC Women, the NAACP, and a host of prominent Black religious leaders and Black student body pesidents have been on the payrolls of groups like, "People for the American Way" for decades.

And you wonder why a white Jewish candidate has considerable Black voter support.

What about Hispanic voter support? I know and Debbie knows that most Cuban elected officials in South Florida are Jewish, and are not Santeros of the Santeria faith.

I wish "Too Live Crew" rapper Uncle Luke and other Black candidates the best of luck in seeking to oppose Debbie but no Black candidates sought to hire experienced Black political professionals in the Sunshine State.

Most Black candidates for political office hire their homeys, girlfriends, side-pieces, sorority and fraternity members, or their Jewish political professionals.

OK, anyone can tell you to buy some signs, purchase political literature, post campaign info on social media, pay whites who help you and insist that Blacks who can help agree to volunteers.

But Lucius can't go for that, no can do! If candidates pay whites for professional services, they have to pay Black campaign workers too.

I salute the Blacks seeking to represent voters in Florida Congressional Districts, best wishes and good luck.

However, the victory party will be at Debbie's campaign headquarters!

I want to tell the TGR family members in South Florida, I love all of you but I don't do voluntary political work in a nation that spends billions during election times.

We have to live and work together.

Political ignorace is no excuse for losing an election race!
