I practice and support the freedom of speech. At the same time, I recognize the problems

associated with Americans using social media posts as their primary news sources.

Blacks on the internet vigorously believe everything they see, hear or read on social media.

Let me tell you, social media is not "news media", it is not free and fair media, and it is not always true media!

Many of your ancestors were whipped, beaten, jailed, and killed for seeking knowledge and reading or learning to read books.

Slave masters, overseers, and slave catchers routinely claimed,"If you want to keep something from Black people, put it in a book!"

I'm old enough to have had the opportunity to attend all-Black grade schools. My parents would read children's books to me and encouraged me to read comics and other more interesting articles in the local newspapers.

I didn't think much about it when I was a child but today, I am extremely appreciative.

I'm sad in 2026. Believe me or not, every child can tell you how to play "Madden football", "Grand Theft Auto", or "Super Mario" on the phone, computer, Nintendo, or on Play Station" but there are too many Black high school graduates that can't spell, can't write in cursive, can't sign their names on a letter, an application, or a contract.

I was flabbergasted when I discovered some young people couldn't look at a clock and tell what time it is. Way too many kids can only tell time with a digital watch!

What young people don't know is appalling. "Look it up on Google" or "Let A-I write the essay or book report for you" is what our youth now prefer to do.

And we wonder how Africans living in huts on the sides of dirt roads can build cars, airplanes, and many other technical devices using scraps they find in junk yards.

They can do those things because of their desire for knowledge, wisdom and truth!

Ask your friend or family member what booty pictures or cat fights they watched this week on social media and they can't even tell you. Also, social media algorythms are designed to send you the same or similar videos that you click on.

Social media billionaire owners care less about what you or your children and grand parents need, Facebook, Instagram, TicTok, and others send you what they think will keep you online.

I'm a Black man that has books in every room of his house except the bath room! I mostly have non-fiction. History, culture, economics, politics, and personal relationship books are what I've read recently.

If you don't want to read and don't want your children to read, cool. You can live being "internet smart" but you can learn much more by studying, researching, and reading.

Maybe, my love for research and study is why Black American jounalists, social media podcasters, influencers and others are reluctant to invite people like me on their news and inernet shows. Perhaps, they don't want to get exposed for subtle misinformation, such as, "We all need to work and get together!"

I can work with 12 smart people like Jesus did or with seven revolutionaries, like Fidel did.

By the way, TGR is loved and welcomed around the world. TGR will be featured in the February edition of Nigeria's ACCOMPLISH Magazine. An interview was done and will air worldwide during Black History Month on various platforms.

In preview, all I'll say is, I never ever bite my tongue! Truth-tellers always tell the truth whether haters want the truth or not!

Misinformation is not your friend! Digital creeping is still creeping! Stop creeping with your enemies and start reading with your brothers and sisters!
